345. Three hundred forty five.
3+4+5= 12.
12 is divisible by 3 (you would get 4), so 345 IS divisible by 3.
But 12 is not divisible by 9, because 12/9 is a decimal.
Thus, 345 is NOT divisible by 9.
But of course, 345 is not the only answer. Any number whose sum is divisible by 3 but not by 9 is the answer you are looking for.
You can use a calculator to check this trick.
Now to the second one, disable by 9, but not by 3.
Such a requirement is NOT possible. Any number divisible by 9 is automatically divisible by 3 because 9 is a multiple of 3.
