Bahadur Shah Zafar was the last emperor of the mughal dynasty . he played an important role in the revolt of 1857 against the British .In reality he was the titular and symbolic emperor of Delhi, this power was used by this commander,Bhakhat khan when in September ,1857 the British established their control over Delhi he went to Lucknow and continued to fight against the British throughout his life full stop but finally the British success and Bahadur Shah was impressed send and sent to Rangoon in 1862 he died in Rangoon.
