Secularism refers to the separation of religion from the state .The Indian Constitution allows its people to freely adopt the religious beliefs and practices.

It means that , where religion diversity is present. Eg - take our country there are many people living here who belong to different religions. We don't promote one religion or think only one religion is superior. We treat all the religions equally .
