Agriculture ensures production of food for the population of the country and therefore, to meet food requirements of any country, agriculture is the prime need. The agricultural sector provides fodder for domestic animals. The cow provides people with milk which is a form of protective food. Agriculture plays a crucial role in the life of an economy. It is the backbone of our economic system. Agriculture not only provides food and raw material but also employment opportunities to a very large proportion of population.
