The process of preservation of milk.In this method,the milk is heated about 70°C for 15 to 30 seconds to kill bacteria present in it and then cooling it quickly about 10°C to prevent remaing growth of bacteria.Then milk is stored in steellised bottles or pouches in cool things (like fridge)
