Amoeba is well known genus of unicellular organism. It reproduces by the means of asexual reproduction. One of the most common species is Amoeba Proteus,os about 0.2 to 0.3 mm large. During the binary fission the necluws divides into karyokinesis, later divides cytoplasm and cell membrance by cytokinesis. This process is known as meosis. Amoeba was first discovered by August Von Rosenhof in 1757
