    We give tax to the goverment and the tax collected by the goverment is then used to provide public facilities to the people. That's why government is responsible for providing public facilities

    • If democracy means the government of the people then its the responsibility of the government to look after the welfare of the people and provide all types of facilities.
    • It is only the government that can do so because it has no profit motive of its own.
