Reuse means using the same things again. The plastic jars in which we buy various food items such as jams, pickles, oils, ghee, etc. can be used later on for storing things like salt, spices, sugar, tea-leaves, etc. Example - A diary can be made from old invitation cards. Mats can be made from old clothes.
Plastics are non-biodegradable. They do not rot when buried in soil. Only some types of plastics can be recycled. Burning of plastics produces extremely harmful gases.
