1. The adoption of UNIVERSAL ADULT FRANCHISE i.e., people above 18 years are allowed to vote. 2. The constitution grantes equality before the law to all citizen. 3. No discrimination was allowed even in seeking job as everyone have equal rights before law. 4. A certain no. of sets are reserve in the legislature and jobs in the government were reserved for member of low class. 5. Special privileges were given to the poorest and the most disadvantaged Indians. Untouchablity as a practice was abolished
