Since ratio of length and breadth is 5:4
now let 5x is length and 4x is breadth
according to the question,
perimeter= 144
2(5x+4x)= 144
2(9x) = 144
18x= 144
18x = 144
x = 144/18 = 8
then length= 5x = 5(8) = 40 cm
breadth = 4 x = 4(8) = 32 cm
