    The air blown from the mouth is hot and the spectacles are comparatively colder . The hot air we breath out contains water vapour which turns into tiny dropletsof water.When it comes in contact with the colder gases , makes the glass moist and hazy . Thus,it helps in cleaning the spectacles.
