Role of judiciary is to resoving disputes. Upholding and enforcing fundamental rights and to judicial review in which as a final interpreter of the constitution, the judiciary has the power to review or even strike down the particular law passed by the parliament if it believes that this law violates the basic structure of the constitution. The judiciary also play an important role in functioning of a govenment.The judiciary also ensure that the other organs of the state such as executive and legislature are working properly or not.
