It is not metemorphosis because in metamorphosis the body becomes totally different...... In humans when we are born we are the same , during puberty we are the same, during adulthood we are the same...... Whereas in insects they become in larvae and then change in the insect family they belong

Metamorphosis is a biological process by which an animal physically develops after birth or hatching, so we can't call 'A child-----adult' metamorphosis.
