Perimeter of rectangle = 100m
Length = 40 m
Perimeter = 2Length + 2 Breadth
100 = 2(40) + 2 breadth
100 = 80 + 2 breadth
 2 breadth = 100 - 80
 2 breadth = 20
breadth = 10 m
Area of rectangle = length × breadth
= 40 × 10
= 400 m2
