There are 3 types of courts in india apex court or supreme court is the highest which in New Delhi. It is presided over by the chief justice . It was made or started on 26th January 1950.Then it is the high court which is presided by judge there are 21 high courts in India. Last is the district court or subordinate court it is presided by the district judge.
