How can we identify the poles of the Round magnet?

The poles of a disc magnet are mostly located on its flat faces. However, the location of the poles depends on how it was magnetised.
All magnets have polarity.  Ring magnets can be made so that the top is a north pole and the bottom a south pole (or the reverse) or they can have the poles on the curved parts.  It should also be possible to have one pole be in the center and the other on the outside.
