No,because there is no light and energy is produced.Thus it is not called as combustion

No, it can't be called as combustion as no heat and light are produced even though it takes place in the presence of oxygen. Iron is also a non combustible substance

Yes,process of rusting can be called combustion,in fact,a slow combustion because rusting also takes place of the air(oxygen) in the presence of humidity

The process of rusting cannot be called combustion because in this process no heat and light is produced . Due to this reason iron is not considered combustible substance
