    Millets are known to have rich composition of nutrients and minerals. Millets are a group of highly variable small seeded grasses widely grown. The millet grain contains about 65% carbohydrate.Millets are safe for people suffering from gluten allergy and celiac disease. They are non -acidforming,easy to digest and non-allergenic.
