In rooftop harvesting, the roof becomes the catchments, and the rainwater is collected from the roof of the house/building. It can either be stored in a tank or diverted to artificial recharge system. when water comes through pipe from roof before storing water it is filtered by filter paper that is situated in pipe or at the hole of tank . we can use this water but it is not used as drinking purpose.
