As we go to higher altitude, the atmosphereic pressure decrease .Now Our blood pressure is higher than the atmospheric pressure . So the blood comes out through our nose causing bleeding.

As height increases pressure decreases...so that a perfect balance keep our body proper...when its not equal we get things like nose bleeding
