Prime factors of 40 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 5
Prime factors of 45 =3 x 3 x 5
Prime factors of 48 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 3
Multiply the divisors to find the lcm of 40, 45 and 48
5 x 3 x 8 x 3 x 2 = 720
lcm (40, 45, 48) = 720
