The chemical process in which a substance reacts with oxygen to give off heat is called combustion. Substancec which undergoes combustion are called a combustible substances or a <a href="https://www.learnnext.com/nextgurukul/wiki/concept/CBSE/VIII/Science/Fuel.htm" target="_blank">fuels</a>.
Example: LPG, kerosene, petrol...etc
