Secularism means there is strict difference between state{govt.} & Religion. No discrimination on basis of religion. Everyone can practice,profess religion of their choice. Govt. does not promote any 1 religion.....

take an example of india, can any state will will make border, yes it can't be. so that all the states of india are taitly all allaind or never brakeable friend ship.
