Prokaritic-- Most of prokaryotes are unicellular . In this nucleus is absent. Plastids are also absent.for e.g bacteria and blue green algae. Eukaryotic--They are diffrent and unicellular. In this nucleus and plastid are present.for e.g fungi and animal cell
