(1).take a rectangle piece of magnet keep on the table. (2).rub it with a bar magnet from one ent to another without lefting in between. (3). repeat this process for 30-40 times. we can test by bringing iron fillings near to it. (4).if the iron fillings stick to the magnet(newly formed magnet)it comforms of formation of magnet. (5).if the iron filling do not stick to the magnet do this process for some more times
