Fertilizers - These are man man made substances made by chemical salts.It is compact and easy to store and easy to transport.It does not provides humus to the soil. Manure - These are natural substances made by decomposition of plants and animals.It is voluminium and difficult to store and difficult to transport.It provides humus to the soil.

The fertilizers are inorganic as well as manure is organic. Fertilizers are made with chemical and manureis the decomposition of plant waste , animal waste etc. Manure provides a lots of humus to soil where as fertilizers do not.Fertilizers are rich in plant nutrients such as phosphorus, potassium etc. But manure does not.
