1.Prokaryotes are undeveloped cell while Eukaryotes are well developed cell. 2.Prokaryotes have only one RNA or DNA While Eukaryotes have many RNA or DNA. 3.Prokaryotes are of 70s while Eukaryotic cells are of 80s. 4.Size of prokaryotes is 1micrometre to 10 micrometres while size of Eukaryotes is 5 micrometres to 100 micrometres
