Pasteurisation is the process used to preserve milk in big dairies.In this process first the milk is heated for 15 to 30 seconds to kill the bacteria and then it is cooled very quickly to a low temperature to prrvpre any remaining bacteria from growing further.The this milk is stored in refrigerators.
