Pasteurization method is used for preserving milk.In this method- 1.milk is heated to about 70 degree Celcius for about 15-30 sec. 2.then quickly cooled(chilled). 3.then store in sterilized bottles or pouches. Heating kills the bacteria present in milk.Quick cooling prevents the remaining bacteria from growing.
