Given side of a square tile = 20cm
Side of a square floor = 33m = 3300cm
No.of tiles required to cover the floor = Area of the floor/Area of one tile
Area of floor = 3300 ×3300 cm²
= 10890000 cm²
Area of one tile = 20 × 20 cm² = 400 cm²
No.of tiles required to cover the floor = 10890000cm²/400cm²
=27,225
∴No.of tiles required to cover the floor = 27,225
