The contamination of air with harmful gases,smoke and dust etc.,is called air pollution where as the undue rise in temperature of earth's atmospheredue to excessive greenhouse effect produced by increasing amounts of carbon dioxide gas in the atmosphere,is called global warming.
The two extremely harmful effects of air pollution on the envioronment are acid rain and greenhouse effect whereas globalwarming is a serious threat to the existence of life on earth.
