A manure is a natural substance obtained by the decomposition of animal wastes like human waste,cowdung and plant residues, which supplies essential elements and humus to the soil.A chemical fertilizer is a salt or an organic compound containing the necessary plant nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus or potassium to make the soil more fertile.

MANURE :manure are made in feild with human excreta, cow dung etc. They provide humus to the soil. FERTILISER:fertiliser are made in factories they are inorganic salt. They do not provide humus to the soil
