Earth is a unique planet with life on it.We can say this because 1.It is at a perfect distance from the sun,so temperature on the earth is neither very high nor very low. 2.It has a protective layer of atmosphere. 3.It is only here on Earth that we have water. 4.The size of the Earth is such that it has sufficient gravitational field to hold on to an atmosphere of many gases which are needed for the evolution and maintenance of life.
