Cell Wall: Cell wall is present in plant cells and in bacteria. Cell wall in plants is made up of cellulose. Cell wall gives additional strength and protection to plant cells.
Plasma membrane: The plasma membrane is the boundary between the cell and its environment. It regulates what enters and exits the cell. The plasma membrane is composed of a phospholipid bilayer, which is two layers of phospholipids back-to-back. Phospholipids are lipids with a phosphate group attached to them.
