Organisms that cannot be seen with the naked eye are called micro organisms.Eg.amoeba, paramecium etc.

The organisms which are not visible to the unaided eye but only can be seen under a microscope after magnification,are micro organisms.They have a size in microns/micrometres,i.e, 1micron=1/1000000 metres.
