When light enter through the pupil, the lens focus the light into the retina. The light sensitive cells on the retina sense the light and transmit it to the brain through the optic nerves. Our brain process the information and make eye possible to see the objects. The image persist for 1\16th second in the retina. The minimum distance at which the normal eye can see the object clearly in 25cm and maximum distance is infinite.
