We can take care of eyes by - 1.If advised use suitable spectacles. 2.Too little or too much light is bad for eyes.Insufficient light causes eyestrain and headaches. 3.Never rub yr eyes. 4.Do not look at the sun or a powerful light directly. 5.Wash your eyes frequently with water. 6.Always read at the normal distance for vision .
