sony ltd has an opening credit balance 750000 in securities premium accont and also debit balance of 500000 in statement of profit and loss. during the year ended 31st march 2016 it earned a profit of 1200000 .it desided to transfer 300000 to general reserve and also prposed final divided of rs 100000 on it equity share.
