Dehydration is a condition of the body when the body does not have as much water as is required by it. Dehydration is a deficit of total body water, with an accompanying disruption of metabolic processes.
Heating is a phenomenon that results in increase in body temperature. On the other hand, cooling is the reverse phenomenon that results in a decrease in the body temperature. A body can cool down through any of the three processes - convection, radiation, and perspiration.
