How to Add Matching Questions
CBSE has introduced objective type questions in the syllabus. Matching is one of them. To create matching questions in myCBSEguide teacher dashboard follow the steps below:
- Open myCBSEguide Dashboard, scroll the page down and go to work from home section.
- Click WorkBoard icon.
- In the WorkBoard, click Create link.
- Now click Create new question and add your question here.
While creating matching questions, you must use a table with 2 column and 4 rows. Other points to consider are:
- The table width must be 100%. Default is 500px. You have to change it.
- Do check cell spacing and cell padding. Cell spacing should be 0 and cell padding should be 1.
- First column should be in (a), (b), (c), (d) format and second column should be in (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) format.
- Answers should be in (a) – ( ), (b) – ( ), (c) – ( ), (d) – ( ) format in random order.
