Yes, I think the Goldsmith was telling the truth. After making that ladies ornaments the Goldsmith could have received the money from her. But he did not think about the money whereas he thought about the respect and honour of the King. So he started making the Queen’s ornaments instead of that lady’s bridal ornaments.

Voter: they are the common public who are above 18 years of age, they have their names in the electoral list of their particular constituency and cast votes to their desired political party and candidate.
Candidate: they belong to a particular party which is recognized by the election commission, and they contest in the election against other contestants.
