Let cost of tea be x and of coffee be y then 15x+17y=241 and 25x +13y=279 On solving we get x=7 ,y=8

so m=tan 45=1

c=-1(given)

so equation y=mx+c

y=1*x-1

y=x-1

Explanation of Money Bill:

Under article 110(1) of the Constitution, a Bill is deemed to be a Money Bill if it contains only provisions dealing with all or any of the following matters, namely:
