Sprouting is the natural germination process by which seeds or spores put out shoots, plants produce new leaves, or buds that can be eaten raw or cooked.

And it is very nutritious to our health.

Any two types of seeds which are used for making sprouts in our homes are- mung bean,green pea and lentil.
