Computer is an advanced electronic device which is capable of receiving information (data) in a particular form and of performing a sequence of operations(arithmatic and logical etc.) in accordance with a predetermined but variable set of procedural instructions (program) to produce a result in the form of information or signals. Computer works as input, process and output form.

If a new Double instance is not required, this method should generally be used in preference to the constructor Double(double), as this method is likely to yield significantly better space and time performance by caching frequently requested values.
