Saddam was confused whether to hand over that person to police or not on one side he thought as a nation lover that he should hand over to police but on the other side he thought as a doctor that a patient in such a bad conditions should be treated on time otherwise he would die. sadao was confused between his rolls he was not able to understand which role he should play the role of a nation lover or the role of a doctor.
