Invisible 'griffin' was the central character of this science fiction novel...'the invisible man by HG WELLS . Griffin was a brilliant scientist doing some research work. He discovered a formula that could make a human being invisible . The formula involved taking opium along with other drug. the effect of taking them together was to make the blood clear then processing in a radiatior engine, make invisible. He succeed in making him invisible but was unable to reverse the process. Griffen was shown as a man with psychological problems. He is portrayed as a negative character with destructive and harmful instincts. He became unbearable and finally met his end. Only then he became visible to all..
