Write the name of institution in capital letters on the top middle of page. Then write NOTICE in the middle ...then live a line and add date in the left hand side and then again leave a line start your main body by writing "this is to inform all the students.... " and end by writing your position and name on the lest hand side. And ya don't forget to write time and venue. ?

Yes.... you are right himanshi but can u differenciate between these two..... Actually a figure of speech is a type poetic device... Poetic devices are used by the poet to create a comparing or to give a better explanation to his or her writing.... Figure of speech is limited but poetic devices are broad category... Sorry for my mistake ....i was a little confused because I thought figure of speech is the broad category.... And also cuz our teachers always mention metaphor, similie etc as poetic devices

M.hamel was a true french man. Teaching at Alsace for 40years he had become a part of its people. He was a honest teacher. He does not blame a students with poor learning. He also responsible for same. He is an patriotic as he appealed to his countrymen to hold fast to their mother language to be free from Prussians. According to him, French language is a most beautiful, the clearest and most logical language in the world. He asked to guard it and never forget it. He was emotionally attached to his students and people. He was a stromg and brave. At end he get emotional and could not speak a word.

M hamel was teacher Of Franz and he taught french in the school of alcase, he was a man with lots of patriotism in his heart for the france specialy for French. After the berlin order came to teach german in the schools as a subject instead of french, he wanted to teach the most of french to the students at the last day he wanted to teach all what he knew. He was also man who did introspection in the story and realised his mistakes because of which Franz couldn't learn French. He got his best dress on the last day of french teachings he also suggested everyone to hold on the french language because it was a key to their prison and at the end he wrote vive la france meaning long live france suggesting that french was not only on his tongue but also at his heart. ?
