First of all kemp was a bit worried after knowing that the man sleeping in his bedroom was the invisible man. Then he wrote a letter to Adye. In the letter he wrote about the invisible man and how he is forced to keep the secret of him. He also advised Adye to tell Mr Jaffers about the presence of Griffin at his house. He was also very scared of griffin because he threatened him. In short kemp cheated griffin and broke his trust.

Bama andzitkala sa highlight exploitarion and humiliationof the suppressed people .they write about women from marginalised communities .the first episode describes the humiliation suffered by the native indians living in america . the white people impose their own culture and value over the other communities in her community only the cawords wear shingled hair the poor girl fights and struggle till she is overpowered her long and heavy hair is shingles bamas experience is based on the age long curse of untouchability in India the people of low caste have to bow low and work for their Masters they have to carry even a food packet by its thread without touching it the girl fight against the evil of the untouchability in her way she is inspired by the words of her elder brother she work hard and stand first in the class that is equality with others

Satyam Chauhan 6 years, 10 months ago

Both the zitkala sa and bama are the small girl and both of them does not know about tha social class enequalities zitkala sa thinks that cutting of hairs of girl is the shameful thing where bama the girl did not know about the caste enequalities

Sanskriti S 6 years, 10 months ago

Both of them explore common universal theme of prejudices and humiliation of marginalised communities against mainstream culture. Both use their talent, education and power of pen to stand for their own and community rights and to fight against oppression.

That is the irony in the story that king of pratibandpuram was man of his own actions and was selfish too.He waa neutger a good king nor a civilised peeson .when doctors claimed his deatg they said that operation was succesfull because now they know that all of them get rid of the mighty king who was good for nothing .

donations means here that the portraits of the knowledged persons like here is portrait of shekspears... and other portraits which are gift or as a donation are.. civilized society photos these are just unusefull for the slum because there are just the portraits for them .

Sanskriti S 6 years, 10 months ago

These donations can be useful to the children in no way. While these reflect the civilised world, beautiful valleys & rivers, the world of children is full of darkness with the way outside leading just towards catacomb and end in utter darkness.

Rohit Singh 6 years, 10 months ago

But can these donations be useful to the slim children

Shubham Kamat 6 years, 10 months ago

Donation in the wall means that poster of Shakespeare and map must have been donated by a upper class people just to gain symapathy. And it was just a blot for those slum children.

story shows the conflict between two generations. It tells us about the belief, of the older generation, in customs and traditions and constantly questioning attitude of the younger generation, hence contributing to a generation gap. Not understanding her son’s pain of loneliness and dejection, mother Skunk gets his smell changed to his original foul smell and loves him the way he is, raising the moral issue of whether parents should always decide what the children should do or let the children do what they like to do. There is an evident contrast between an adult’s perspective on life and the world view of a little child. Jo wants the wizard to hit Mommy and not vice versa because she represents the new generation and does not agree with her father’s view. Jack sums up the issue in one sentence- ‘She knew what was right’. Jack also says that the little Skunk agreed to the mother’s proposal because he loved his mother more than the other animals. Little Jo feels that the Skunk’s mother should not have robbed her little son of the pleasure he derived when playing with the other animals when he smelt of roses. She insists that the wizard hit the Mommy on the head and calls little Skunk’s mother a ‘Stupid Mommy’. Keeping to her view point, she insisted that her father should tell her the story the next day in a different manner. So we see that the story deals with moral issues dependent on the different levels of maturity of Jack and Jo

These lines signifies that we will all be quiet for a moment and introspect. On the face of earth refers to all continents, countries or places where human resides. The poet is telling us not to speak in any language,no gestures, no hand movements. Here arms are symbolic of two things one, our arms which we move while speaking and another the weapons used in war.

Shreya Dalwani 6 years, 10 months ago

It signifies that the poet will count up till 12 nd everyone is going to be still nd just think abt themselves quietly without speaking in any of the language

Thomas marwal Poor homeless , jobless wandrer ,old fashioned clother, thrive on charity. His cowardice did not allow him to defy griffins command. He assisted griffin much agains on his wish. He is more of a slave than an accomplishe in crime. He never revealed to anyone that the three book of griffin is belongs to him. He exhibited his keen business acumen by wisely investing Griffin's money to openan inn.he earned a lot while selling his experience with invisible man. I hope you will like my ans as such i made an effort to write it. ???

Shreya Dalwani 6 years, 10 months ago

Mr Thomas Marvel of the novel' The invisible man' is a tramp and out cast. He is very clumsy and dirty and was not accepted in the usual society. So he was always wandering around the country. His helpless state and stupid frame of mind made him an ideal instrument in the hands of Griffin, the invisible man. He could be manipulated into doing anything at first. His greed for money made him obey Griffin without any questions. But the very first operation made him realize the dangers of his job. Then he wanted to quit but was unable to do so immediately. But at last he was smart enough to outsmart the invisible man and was able to escape with a lot of money and Griffin's invaluable books. Marvel was able to utilize the money he had escaped with to start an inn. Toward the end of the story we see him as a prospering innkeeper. He was successfully hoodwinked the locals and pretended to know nothing about the books. At the same time he feels an unaccountable power in possessing the books even if he could not decipher a words of it. Marvel is the best example of a man on whom 'greatness was thrust up on' by fate.

Moreover, years of mind a number toll have killed all initiative and the ability to dream they are and last inspired that move from poverty to apachy to greed and injustice.
