    Peddler was a vagabond.he managed him to survive by selling rattrap.he made them himself by begging and thivery material from store or farm.he was a poor man.that is why he started selling rattraps.

    1. The problem of roger skunk was that the animals ran away from him becoz of its foul smell when he went for playing. He went to wizard to get rid of this problem. Wizard solved his problem and asked him how he wanted to smell. Roger skunk replied that he wanted to smell like roses. With the wizard's magic he started smell like roses.     Charlie was a young man living in New York. He was married to Louisa. Charlie's hobby was stamp-collection (philately). Charlie appeared to be suffering from fear, insecurity and fear of the war-ridden world. He was looking for an escape from this world. His longing for some idyllic and peaceful place like Galesburg made him stray to a corridor at Grand Central Station that took him to the Third Level of the station from where one could take train to the past, year 1894. When he shared this incidence with his wife, she felt angry at it; she asked him to see his psychiatrist friend, Sam. Sam explained the unique experience to be Charlie’s waking dream wish fulfillment. He further explained it could have happened because of his unhappiness or hobby of stamp collection.

    The story, "The Third Level" by Jack Finney is about revisiting the pleasures of the past. It is the story of a 31-year-old man named Charlie. While traveling back to his home, one day he found himself to be on the Third level of the Grand Central Station in the Ne York City. In that level he found the people wearing the outfits which the people used to wear in the past days. He finds the place very fascinating. Even he withdrew his money in order to buy the old currency notes. He told these things to his friend, Sam who is a psychiatrist. Sam concluded that these are a mere escape from the present reality to the beautiful past which is no more. The third level was the outcome of Charlie's imaginations. He had found an escape from reality through his imagination.
