Probably not. They should be allowed to take their own decisions as this will help them to understand the situations that how should they act, what kinda steps they should take, etc but only under guardian's supervision. Parents could interfere anytime whenever they think that children needs their interference or at that time whenever parent's interference is needed.

When Franz arrived, the school was quite. There was not even a single voice coming from classes. On other days, there was much commotion of desks, gossips etc but that day school seems solemn.
