Value of output - units sold (2000) x price (20) i.e equal to 40000 NVAfc - value of output - Intermediate consumption i. E ( 40000 - 15000 which is equal to 25000 and we have to find GVAfc we will add depriciation to NVAfc i. E 25000 + 2000 is equal to 27000

BY EXPENDITURE METHOD: GDPmp = P +G + I + X , 22100 = 7200 + 6100 + I + 3400 ,22100 = 16700 + I , I = 22100 - 16700 = 5400 .Hence ,Gross domestic capital formation is 5400.
